Mystery Shopping

Mystery Shopping (also called Secret Shopping) has been around for years. Businesses need feedback! Product Review

Have you ever wondered why a certain product doesn’t sell well? Some companies routinely eliminate their least profitable products each year without ever knowing why they didn’t sell. We have specially trained personnel that evaluate a product inside and out from its packaging, to usefulness, durability and proposed pricing. A detail report is provided to our client. Website Assessment

A company’s website is today’s “Yellow Pages”. Sway Back assesses your website on different criteria: attractiveness, accessibility, navigation, and content. The review is carried out by a target consumer – not a marketing firm, or web designer. Depending on how often a company uploads information to its website, it is recommended that an assessment be conducted at least every six months. Call now to have your website reviewed.

Employees Survey

For most of us, we all started out in the workforce as an employee.  Sometimes, the employee is in the “frontline” of the business and is the first one the customers encounter.  In that position, they often receive feedback from customers (positive and negative). Having an outlet to deposit that information, as well as their own viewpoints is beneficial to any company.

One of the most frustrating things while working as an employee is feeling as though their employer is not listening to him/her.  Sway Back will customize a survey with your employees in mind covering different aspects of their working environment. Employees feel safest sharing their viewpoints anonymously. We will provide a link that employees can log on to in order to complete the survey.   Sway Back will analyze the results and provide them to our client, in a comprehensive summary including vital remarks made by their employees.

Depending on the number of employees, and the general turnover rate, below is a guideline to how often an employer should conduct an employee survey:

  • Fewer than 25 employees –  every six months
  • 25 – 49 employees – every quarter
  • 50+ employees – every two months, alternating departments
